Another busy weekends.

At least Sat I got to sleep abit more, while Binte look after Chloe. Usually I will wake up and play with her but this time round, I am dead beat tired. Just need a little rest more. Fri night we all had fun playing with D90 and taking pictures. The shots was not really well-taken, still abit blurry, but we all had laughters doing the shots. Mr do have a better talent than me, honestly, and he was so proud of himself to take pretty nice composition of the shot.

Sat evening after Mr came back from RT, we wanted to down to OG people's park to collect pots before heading down to Novotel for Marvin and Stella's wedding. But ended up, we got "cheated" by the GPS and went one big round, we headed straight to the hotel and kena 2 ERPs. Zzz.. we missed one turn and we ended up infront of another ERP gantry, the time was 7:58PM. We actually waited outside of it for 2 mins for it to turn off at 8pm! Haha so fun! And we see other cars moving off the same time with us Haha. Cheapos!

It was nice seeing Marvin and Stella again, this time at their wedding to see their dream came true, and Stella can start to make her own baby after liking Chloe ever since she was born. Haha. And she told me too, she is a loyal fan of Chloe's blog! Haha.. and asked me to update more.. LOL. I was abit regret not bringing Chloe along to the wedding, as I did not know they kept a seat for her, but maybe we shouldn't bring her along, in case she made noise, cannot sit still, and after all, we did enjoyed the dinner!! After dinner, I went to "my first ever stepped into Mustafa"! Mr suggested, hoping I can buy my UV filter and camera bag at a cheaper price, ended up, they didn't sell both of the items there. But anyways, ah neh smell not so strong in some areas, while some
areas I walked did made me feel like vomiting. :( Maybe I will not go there anymore unless necessary. Haha. Left the place about 12midnight. Sleepy.

Sun morning was the "big day" which I waited for 2 months. We are going for our family shoot at NByN! Before a few days, I kept reminding the small one we are going to take pictures and she must smile and shake the cameraman's hands, and she replied me "OK". But she did not keep her promise! Mummy was so sad! In the beginning when the makeup artist was helping me to makeup, Chloe don't allow her to, and hit her! Each time the makeup artist touch my face, she will hit her. Haha. She even commented Chloe so clever. Zzz! She is just being cheeky can!

When it was our turn, cameraman wanted Chloe to take individual photo first, so me, Mr, my bro and gf tried so hard to make her smile, but she didn't! She just concentrated to play the toys available to her! OMG! We were so "hot" from making her smile. In the end, she took the most number of photos, and out if it, only minimal amount she gently smile and one of it she made her favourite cheeky pig face! Really salute to her! I hope the cameraman did not get scared by her! But overall, all the photos turn out NICE!

We headed to Sim Lim after collecting our pots from OG. At last I bought my Hoya UV filter and blower at Alan photo @ Sim Lim. In the shop, behind me was a lady. I told Chloe to shake hands and say hello. You know what she did?! She stretched out her hand, and the lady of cos, went to shake her head, and next, Chloe went to pinch the lady's fingers!! She did for a second time of her little trick! The third time, I told her cannot do this, the lady wanted to hi-five, Chloe scratched the lady's palm! What a little monster! But the lady and her hubby I suppose tot it is funny, but it is not to me lor.. What happen if she go to school! I cannot imagine.. CRY. And yes, I bought my Lowepro Flipside 200 bag from Orient Photo @ Sim Lim. Hehe. Now I am almost complete
except for a dry box and cleaning cloth.

My arms are aching today from yesterday's carrying the little monster around Sim Lim while Mr searched for his cable needed by his boss. I am looking forward to this Sat, Chloe's new enrichment class is going to start, stay tuned to see if she will play traunt in class! And Sunday to Allan's girl's one month! Hmm.. I wonder to bring my camera ornot.. Haha..

PS. I almost threw away my wedding ring. This morning, I brought down a bag which I wanted to give away to Salvation Army and dumped it beside a rubbish bin. Then I walked away, during these 10 steps I walked, the tot of my wedding ring came to my mind, as previously I kept thinking where is my wedding ring but I didn't give it a find. I walked back to the rubbish bin and searched the bag again! I found my ring! I was damn lucky to walk back, Thanks to God who gave me the idea to walk back, else byebye to my expensive ring and a scolding from Mr. :)

After a hectic 2 weeks..

Yesterday night I was chided by Ber why I didn't update my blog for 2 weeks! LOL! He indeed my loyal fan.. I was really super busy with work recently that I don't even have the luxury time to blog in office. But for his sake, I will do it now! :P

Ok here it goes.. I GOT MY D90 kit!! Me and Mr met up with Ber at Funan to get my D90 and thanks to Ber for QC-ing it. Sometimes I felt fortunate that I have a bunch of DSLR players to guide me along, but sometimes I felt it is not so good at times as everyone has different views, and being a amateur, it is really frustrated and confusing as who should I really take advise from, I thought of making my own decision, but afraid that I will regret. Argh. Just like for example getting one UV filter, seriously do not know what brand is good, and what is going to be good for me, a cheap one just to protect the lens, or a good one to last me longer and maybe produce a better "don't affect the orginal picture quality" than the cheap filter. It's really giving me the headache. But anyways, I will give it a serious tot on this.

After I bought the DSLR, on the way home, I was thinking I actually bought a 1.7k camera, and will I ever regret it ornot? I hope I better not and really make full use of it. My heart though feel a little pinch at recession times like this, but still I tot of it as an investment to take better quality pics. But I do like the feeling of taking the shots!! LOL. Even at night lying on the bed before I went to sleep, I was still thinking, it is so unbelievable that I bought it, was it a moment of impulse!? I got to better make use of it and learn as much so hopefully one day I can be a freelance photographer! LOL! Still a long way to go man!

I guess I got to trouble DSLR players quite often from now, hope they will pardon me! Haha..

Last last Thurs, Chloe was sick, down with fever and running nose. Mr took leave to take care of her, while I took leave the next day to accompany her at home. Of cos, she is super cranky when she is sick as usual, and always demand a "YES" to whatever she wants no matter what. We always got no choice to give in to her. :(
Ended up, I got sick myself last mon, and MC for 2 days. Poor me. Last week was really a terrible week for me, on Sat was my first company event I organised at Zouk, who knows, when I woke up on Sat morning, I suffered a serious neck stiff that I couldn't even move, and got up from bed, eventually I cried cos Mr still joked about my neck and asked me to lie there till I can move! Zzz.. Haha he got scared when he saw me cried so hard, so brought me to the sinseh, lucky he didn't exert too much force, or what I imagined it will be, TWISTING YOUR HEAD LEFT RIGHT. Haha. Of cos, I still went ahead to Zouk with my stiff neck, envying those dancing.. :( And people kept telling me to dance, ANGRY. I even had difficulties moving through the crowd at the dance floor, let alone go down to dance. Still kudos to the RC team that this event was successful despite all the hiccups organizing this event.

Today is Friday, YES! I am looking forward to Marvin and Stella's wedding tomorrow. I bet they must be feeling anxious and excited for their day tomorrow. Congrats to them and Stella's dream of making a baby is coming true very soon! Haha..

And of cos, Sunday to Noti by Nature for our family shoot. I really hope it will turn out fun and nice photos taken!

Last weekend Chloe has turned 15 months. On Sat was due for her chickenpox and MMR injections. This time round for the first time, she cried. But for a while only after pacified her with biscuits. Poor Chloe to bear with 2 injections.

After that, we went to TTSH to visit my grandma who is waiting for her chemo there. Hope the doctor can find out why she cannot walk anymore, and her chemo will cure off her cancer cells.
Then we rushed to Schicida Method to pay the first term school fees for Chloe. She will be having her first enrichment lessons on 4th April 2009! I really wonder what will happen.. will she like it? or will she be a tyrant in class??

Followed by shopping for our daily needs at Swanston before heading home. Such a "enriched" Sat. Mr even had fun using the GPS on the Nokia E71 which I bought for him. Hee..
Went back home, me and Chloe completely K.O. Even when Mr went for his RT, I also dunno. We woke up at 5pm to find him missing. Hehe.. We went out for dinner when Mr returned back and went over to Dad in law's house for a while before heading back home.

This was such a Sat which I always look forward to everytime.

Sunday was another "running here and there" day except this time round with the housing agent. He brought us to view 3 flats in Jurong East area. Of cos, we hope to view more so that we know what we really want and like. The 3 flats are so-so.. not to the extent of having "WOW! I LIKE THIS HOUSE!" kind of feeling yet.
The rest of the Sun was being a couch potato catching my TVB show.

Look forward to this weekend, the IT SHOW! I still thinking of my D90 to buy or not to buy.... hmm..

Recap.. '15months' Chloe knows how to greet most people, I can say she can speak more words than the expected which I read from the magazine. Her temper is not very good, if she wants something she will want it! Sometimes she like to imitate people. She eats very little still, that's y Doctor said her growth is slow. OMG. Can someone tell me how to make her eat more!! Grr.. the headaches of parents are slowly to immerse..

Regrets!

I have to say sorry to the little one! I seriously do not know what happen that I actually fogot to snap photos for Chloe, and thus breaking the trend of taking photos for her every week! OMG. Let me try to recall why, Sat morning went to Wheelock Place for facial "quietly" so that she would sleep longer and indeed she slept until 9.45pm. Then I came back she was asleep, when she woke up and had her lunch, my dad has reached our place to pick us up to go to my grandma house to visit her, we stayed there till 9pm then my Ah Ku sent us back. Both of us were so tired, and little one went to sleep after washup. And me and Mr stayed up til 1am to enjoy our TBV series.

Sun morning was really taken aback, all of us woke up at 11.15am! Latest in the history and it felt so nice to have a long sleep ever since dunno when I last woke up so late. Little one was the last to wake up, I saw Mr standing up and giving hand sign of the time and I was really shocked, and when I see little one, she was sleeping like a star fish. Haha.

After we had lunch, rest a little while, we dropped by IMM at 3pm to walk walk. Our usual hunt when we got nothing to do at home. Haha. Met up with Dad in law there and after a while, we decided to drop by Jurong Point to buy her potty. So, at last we got her a cute potty but dunno will she ever use it, it's really a headache to toilet train her. The moment we reached home, I kept telling her when she want to poo, go find Penguin and hold her hand. Her potty got this penguin picture and with a handle. Since whenever she shit, she will want to hold everyone's hand. So I told her the handle is the "hand". She started to play with the potty like a toy, holding it wherever she went, and even stood inside the "hole". Mummy is fainting.

The whole day has passed without the remembrance to take photos!

Friday night, me and Mr went to Natas fair, hoping to catch some good deals, which sadly none. And I almost wanted to buy my D90, but Mr asked me to wait for IT show which is next week. So excited. These 2 weeks really full of so much regrets! No 1. We should book our taiwan air tickets when there is this promo of $0 return fare. No 2. I should book Bali air tickets which is only $50 each person in Sept! Super regretful. I really hope better offer or the same offer would come back again for us to have our belated honeymoon in June. And hope to bring Little one for a plane ride to enjoy a little family holiday time.
