Left a week more to CNY!! And I had a whole week off from work next week.. SO EXCITED! Will be heading to KL after dinner on CHY YI and be backed on CHU SI. And we will go school hunting on CHU WU followed by a buffet dinner to celebrate Mr's advance birthday which falls on 4th Feb. I wondered if we will have some time to squeeze in between for a KTV Session. Haha.

I had a good time shopping on Sat with Mr, things are looking better. I was still expecting the shopping trip gonna turn out to be nasty again, but luckily everything A OK! Thank you bb. Though we had some conflicts on Sat morning whether to straight go downtown after I seen doc, or come back home first after doc. My original tot was to go straight to town after seen doc cos by the time might be 10am, and by the time reached town will be just nice for breakfast and then go shop, and be back home early to play with mei. But he said I think otherwise. So sad. But he calculated we will finish seeing the doc at 9am. And he is right! Sick lor. LOL. We had mac breakfast, and went home to change and went out shopping!!

First stop to city link to buy his shoes at Pedro. Happily chose 2 pairs and he bought it! Swift and chop! Haha. Along the way back from city link to suntec where we parked, he even tell me to go inside the shop to try out the clothes I said nice. Hehe.. So happy. This is the shopping style I always look forward to. Keke. After we went to Bugis but not much time left, quickly went to Gio to buy his jeans and top. Grabbed lunch at V8 my treat! Realise the time is already 3pm, Mr told and asked me if I am worried Chloe with maid alone ma, then I said of cos, since my mum in law went out at 2pm. Mr even actioned out what the maid will show the face if Chloe irritate her, the tot of it really scare me. I even gave up shopping for more and straight went to OG to buy the pot his dad needs for cooking soup for reunion dinner. SUCH A BIG POT! LOL. Needless to say, bought something for Chloe as well, a pair of squeeky sandals, which made noise when she walked.

Reached home at last, Chloe put on her new sandals, and she was SHOCKED how come got sound. Beginning she was afraid, but after I asked her EH HOW COME GOT SOUND?! She was puzzled but after, she kept walking and walking and even stamping her feet on the spot to make the noise. Haha. She doesn't even want to take off. So is quite irritating noise the shoes made after a while. LOL.

Sat was a really happy and my LUCKY day for me!!!

Sun morning treated my family to Tung Lok dim sum, not so nice like before I feel. But anyways, still a good breakfast for Chloe, she seemed to enjoy it and want to eat more! She, like me, like to have good food always! Hehe. Like mother like daughter. Looking forward to CNY now! Hopefully this Fri company will give half day! LOL.

Weekends with satisfaction

I felt so satisfied over the past weekends. Sat met my mum with Chloe at Jurong Point to buy foldable mattress. This is considered the first time I took Chloe to take a public bus alone, and so sad, no one gave up the seat for us, only after when I moved in a little bit more then one auntie gave up her seat. But luckily is just a short journey. Then took a train to Jurong Point. I really have to think of new ideas and ways to entertain during such public transport or any car journey, if not, she just couldn't sit still and will fidget about. Though she likes to play with my wallet but she will start throwing all the cards out and on to the floor. Anyone has good ideas? LOL.

But we didn't buy the mattress as we not able to carry it together with Chloe. Haha. So have to wait for Dad to come to buy it for us. Hee. So we went back home, and made Chloe sleep, while I cleared my whole cupboard off the clothes that I cannot wear, which practically the whole cupboard! I am so fat liao!!Sob Sob, but it means I can buy more clothes! Haha. So I cleared all out and distribute to Malaysian cousins, neighbours, my cousins, my mum's colleagues. And the older ones to Salvation Army. Haha. If I can bring all to flea market like what Mat said, maybe it could fetch some price too! But anyways.. LOL. I wanted to clear my bags as well, but I am so tired to do so. Maybe this weekends.

After all the tiring work, at night went AMK for dinner to visit and buy Bak Kwa for my grandma for CNY. Before we go up, I kept telling Chloe to smile ok, cannot cry. Then I told her how you smile, and she gave me a FORCED SMILE! So irritating! But it made me and my mum laugh like mad! HAHA. But as usual, she cried when she saw my Grandma, but she only played with my smaller cousin. Weirdo! But after my Grandma offer some titbits, she not scared of her already. Zzz. Got food everything also dun care. Then my Ah Gu and Ah Kim called back saying they are coming back, then my cousin told us, OH no Chloe going to cry again soon. Haha. Really! She cried when seeing them. LOL. But again, after being offered new toys, she played with them. Wow lao, is like got new things from strangers she will go with them. Cry. Just like earlier on, at Jurong Point, she anyhow walked, and I told her BYEBYE, and I went to hide behind the wall, and she just don't care, and she just continue to walk and go play with others! Faint. Really made me vomit blood. My dad in law yesterday said next time she sure got alot of friends. LOL. Went home 10pm and I am so dead beat tired until I got no energy to play wii online with Mat.

Sun morning 9.15am went to Orchard to meet Twin for SHOPPING! Before I came out, Chloe was at the door, making noise and stomping her feet! How come children know how to stomp her feet when they are angry! Wonder where they learnt from or is it natural? We shopped from Far East to PS. But mainly we bought our clothes from Far East, and I haven't been feeling so shiok ever since from shopping and carrying so many shopping bags until I having arm muscle aches now!! LOL. And even bought a pair of shoes for Chloe from Robinsons, and Mr's birthday present too! And reason to go PS is to buy curtains from Spotlight. A darker and thicker one to prevent Chloe from waking up too early in the morning at 7am when she saw the daylight brightening the room. Around 3plus we moved to Bugis Street for more shopping and wanted to have snacks at the HK Cafe on second floor. But after eating, when I got up the chair, my whole back really going to break, practically no mood to shop already and also seeing the huge crowd! Just walked one round and went back to West Coast to unite with Mr and Chloe. Followed by dinner at IMM and back home! What a tired day but yet with satisfaction! LOL. Even Mr knew I had a happie time shopping!

Looking forward to more shopping with Mat this Thurs and weekend shopping with Mr. Woohoo!! Then I can start next week to prepare who wear what on which day for Mr and Chloe! Haha. I am always the costume planner! LOL.

A simple affair..

Happy New Year 2009! Had a really simple long long holidays cum weekends again last week.

New year's eve went to Aloha Changi as Mr's colleagues booked a chalet to celebrate New Year. We did a potluck and we brought mee hoon for them. Keke. Simplest dish. Chloe had much funs with the uncles and aunties there too, Keke. All liked her and entertained her while me and Mr had time to watch Little Nonya on TV haha. Thanks ah! Went home around 1030pm as we decided not to stay over cos of the little one. Celebrated our New Year by playing Wii at home. Haha.

New Year Day nothing special. We sneaked off to Jurong Point to shop a little while Chloe was sleeping! Keke. And she only just woke up when we returned home after 3 hours. Haha. Evening, me and Mat registered each other on Wii and played 2 matches of Mario Kart before dinner. Haha.

We had a much better weekends compared to the previous week. But this time I was on leave on Friday but not Mr. Therefore, me had quality time with the little Chloe. Friday morning brought her to the library to flip books, Haha, her favourite thing to do at home when she sits at her reading corner and she will be flipping the books though she don't really like us reading to her. She preferred SELF LEARNING. LOL. But out of expectation that she will be amazed by WHAO SO MANY BOOKS, instead she was going round trying to shake other children's hands and make friends. But other children was shocked by her friendliness, they don't dare to shake her hands. Haha. But still, she followed them around instead of sitting down and flipping books. Ended up, I have to choose books for her to borrow home. Zzz. Told Mr about this, and he said she will enjoy the times in Childcare when we put her one when she reaches 18months. I guess so too. Only afraid that her teacher will call us and tell us she is over friendliness! Haha.

After tabao-ing lunchie back, I went for my spa at Citispa@Jurong, very unhappy experience until I don't even gave them a chance to promote their package and I just walked out of the store after signing off. Then I went to pick up Mat at my house bus stop as she said she wanted to visit Chloe and play with her. Again, out of my expectation, Chloe didn't even need any "warm-up" which usually she does when she met with strangers. Unless, Chloe really understood me, as I kept telling her "Chloe, one Jie Jie will come to play with you in the afternoon, ok". She even nodded her head when I told her this. Maybe that's why, she's already expecting someone new to come. Within seconds, Chloe is already playing with her, ransacking her bag to find handphones, being carried around, and "throwing" her up and down. She had so much fun. Lucky no nightmare when she slept else.... Keke. Mat left near to 6pm and again left me and Chloe walking back from bus stop to home. On our way back, she was walking and "shouting" then suddenly she just turned back and shouted "Hiiiii" and even waved, then so by coincidence, there was a little girl behind and she went so excited and ran back to her mum and telling her in Chinese "She can say Hi and waved to me leh!" The little girl was so happy Haha. But I think Chloe was puzzled after, as maybe she has no intention to say Hi to anybody at all! Haha.

On Sat morning went for a preview talk at some enrichment centre for Chloe, then went home picked her up to go to see Doc as her backside hole got tears which made her cry whenever she shitted. :( Then we went to Mr's fren's son's one month celebration then headed home. Again, she played with the Jies there.. Headed home, waited until 6pm then went Jurong Point to meet my parents for dinner, before this, Mr suggested we put Chloe with them and we go for a movie marathon! And yes, we did, bought tickets for 2 shows, Bedtime Stories and Yes Man. Both are very nice movies, I like them both. I don't feel a tinge of tiredness which I usually do after coming out of one movie. Hehe. Wonder when will be the next time we do this again.

Next morning, when we woke up, my mum told us something very funny. The night before which we put Chloe with them, she cried and cried. Binte carried her around from living room to kitchen then Chloe kept pointing at the toilet. And then to the toothbrush! She wanted to brush teeth before she wanted to sleep!Haha. Really set us all laughing. But is good that I cultivate this habit into her. Haha.

After lunch, home sweet home. Suffering from bad flu, slept together with Chloe for our afternoon naps.. Hehe.
