Relaxing and free weekends!

This is the most relaxing and free weekends I ever had!!! Friday night after a sumptous seafood dinner at Pasir Panjang Food Centre, me, Mr and Chloe went over to West Coast for a 2 nights' stay since mum in law is going Batu for visiting. And due to Mr need to go attend an investment seminar, so I also decided to stay put at West Coast with dad in law. But on Sat morning, Mr supposed to go for the seminar, ended up he woke up late, but still he went to take his jeans and towel to bath, but less than a min, he came back into the room, and I asked him why? He said, "Sian, think don't go liao, $799 fly.. and now so late, cannot reach Expo in time." I was so HAPPY! Means Mr got to spend his time with us, darlings, for the weekends! Yay! And afternoon we went to Vivo to buy working clothes for my new job. But only managed to buy 2 G2000 pants. :( Maybe I will go shopping again with Mum next Tues at Bugis. Haha.

Especially this weekends, me and Mr got the craving to eat Good Food, dunno why. We started off with Mac for breakfast on Sat morning, due to a full breakfast we didn't have lunch, then we had Bak Ku Teh at Havelock Rd for dinner. Then we had Sakae sushi for lunch on Sun. We wanted to save but no choice, to satisfy our cravings! Keke.

We spent our weekends and holiday watching the TVB series, Pillow case of Mystery. And we FINISHED all of 20 Episodes! See how relaxed and free we are!! But it was nice! I kept telling Mr when can we ever had such "freedom" right.. :P Sun night went back to Jurong East, and we went to IMM giant as usual to buy our groceries. Suppose to make purees for Chloe but ended up, didn't. Reached home 5pm and Binte already wanting to cook dinner, so not to make a mess out of it, I decided to make later but ended up, didn't. Maybe Thurs when I am at home the whole day!

Awaiting for my last day tomorrow and Dragonfly on Friday with friends!!! Yuppie!

Came back from my KL trip on Sat midnight. KL has not much changed since I went there a few years ago, still roughly remember some routes. After we checked-in, went to Mid Valley to have Paddington pancakes which my bro and gf said very nice. Not bad. Enjoyable. Went shopping all the way until evening, went back to hotel area to have seafood dinner at some roadside stall. Not as fanastic maybe my twin's fren do not know where seafood is nice, so... whatever.

Then went to KTV which they called it Green Box. The KTV there is really weird, the package price always come with buffet dinner/supper. Whether you eat or you don't eat, is the same price. That time we already had dinner, too full to have buffet again, even at 1am for supper. FULL. It was halloween celebration for them, so a "GHOST" came into our room, and told us we have a mystery gift but it never came back again. SO SAD. GHOST just disappeared. Went back hotel at 1am. So tired. Zzz.

Next day after our breakfast, went shopping around our hotel area since we didn't do so the day before. Never expected that I will buy 3 pairs of shoes, and some skirts and shirts for my new job opening. Haha. It was a fun and tiring shopping though. We even had to change another $50SGD over there as we ran out of RM. Haha. Ate our late lunch and continue to shop again till we board our bus at 6pm.

Wanted to sleep on the bus but ended up I saw some cockroaches running around my seat area.. Lucky the bus was quite empty so I changed seats.. I HATE COCKROACHES! >:( At last reached SG at 11.30pm.

Initially I tot I could sleep early and sleep more during this holiday but ended up, stayed up late and wake up automatically at 8am. So sad. But is ok, since this is the first holiday I went with twin other than going to diving previously.

Sun evening went to attend Yerong's son's 1st birthday. This is the first party event I attended with hubby and Chloe. Sort of like meeting frens who already have kids. A grown-up event. Chloe this time, didn't dare to touch any kids, dunno why. But only played with the adults. Maybe she thinks that only adults can give her more attention. As usual the same praises, Wow her eyes very big leh.. She look ang moh ang moh leh.. etc. Haha. Before cake cutting she was doing her usual shouts, and gain people's attention and they will come to her, make it seemed like is her birthday event.Haha. After cake cutting, faster go home, I think I am the first one to leave haha, cos Chloe keep shouting. Haha. So pai sei.. though kids are kids.

So fast weekends has come to an end again. Waiting for my last day to come.. Hehe..

Disney Cafe

At last we met up. Me, Twin, Hui Lian & Heng Tiong & their girl, Stephanie, and of cos, Chloe. Together with my mum and maid. Gathered at Disney Cafe at Anchorpoint, thinking there will be food that are applicable to babies but who knows, they only served limited food, pizzas and pasta only! The food was not really fanastic and needless to say, EXPENSIVE. One pizza average cost about $16. Is only nice cos of their Mickey Mouse head design. Other than that, nothing special.

When Chloe met Stephanie (sounds like a movie title. Haha), they were both sitting in the baby chairs side by side, and Chloe immediately touched her, and also wanted to take the wristband that Stephanie had. And Chloe even used her index finger to poke her, not softly but.. Hehe. Then me and my mum keep telling her Don't BE So Violent! But how she knows right. She just continued to do it, and there is one time even wanted to poke her eyes luckily my mum stopped her. Stephanie already wanted to cry, but luckily never. Haha. That's how kids behaved. I was really shocked when Chloe demostrates such behaviour, my initial tot was she will be shy or cry upon seeing strangers, but no, she was laughing and talking and shouting. Would a mum rather have such sociable and active kid or a quiet kid? Sometimes I wonder.. Of cos we took some pictures and parted.

At evening, went over to my auntie's place for BBQ. And at the same time measuring the size of the function room to prepare for the purchases of the birthday supplies for Chloe's birthday to be held there. So excited, I wonder how the place will be done up to. Even my mum even said "wow your Chloe must have alot of fans until your need to do up until so..." Haha. To me, 1st birthday is very important. Dunno why.

What a tiring Saturday. Luckily Sunday we managed to rest a little.

Now can only hope that we can get a good ballot queue for HDB purchasing.

Looking forward to this Friday KL trip with Twin! A good break for me.

Weekend @ Parkway

Today Chloe turned 10 Months!! Right now, she crawls around, no longer creeps. She like to cruise around while holding on to furnitures. She still has only 2 bottom teeth. She keeps making Pa and Ma sounds and all other weird sounds which we have not yet make out. She likes to suddenly shout and makes us laugh. She likes to "click" her tongue to make sounds. But worst of all, she does not have a very good temper sometimes. In other words, stubborn. :p

Fri night after dinner with my 2 mums and sister in law and of cos the 2 babies, me and Chloe went back to my mum's place to stay since next morning, mum decided to go with me to meet Twin at Parkway Parade to meet the cake designer for Chloe's birthday. I kept asking mum if we should take cab or train since taking cab really cost a bomb. So ended up we took a bus to the interchange and then take a train. On the bus, lucky somehow she kept still a while except for a few stand-ups. She was looking at the uncle sitting beside us. Then later playing with a little girl's pouch who is standing beside us (we sat the outer seat). Then after the little girl alighted, she turned back and played with 2 girls behind and smiling. Then later she sat down and the ah ma infront turned back and gave Chloe her ezlink card and she so shy to take. Then later the ah ma "clicked" her tongue to make the "luck" sound. Then Chloe imitate her. So funni. Luckily the bus ride is good. Now the train's turn.

We boarded the next train cos the first train was crowded. We took sort of a corner seat so Chloe can stand and see the scenery outside. But she was not interested. She just wanted to walk around the seats. But her aim is to walk to the girl sitting beside me. And she touched the girl! And she laughed. I think she really like to disturb people. The girl was reading her school notes I think. But she stopped to play with Chloe. Then Chloe walked away and then sat on my lap. She continued to read with her one side of her hair blocked her face. Chloe tried to be funny again, she lowered and tilt her head to peep at her. Haha! Then they started to play again. Around commonwealth station she felt sleepy and she slept! Haha.. all the way till Kallang and up the cab to Parkway! Heng! No big commotion happened!

We met Twin and coincidence we met Jennie, she is getting married in Dec. :) Twin wanted to carry Chloe but she don't let her cos stranger ma.. but after a while of attempts with a few "treats" at last she sat on Twin's lap to play at Swensen's. Haha. Even at Swensen's she also played hide and seek with the table behind us. OMG. Haha. Are kids all like that.. haha. So cute. But we went back home in cab and cost us $20 bucks! From one end to the other end of Singapore. But she slept all the way too. Good girl.

As usual at night went to my uncle's house for gathering. Nothing much special happen except she gotten a Baby Pooh bear from Charmaine.

On Sun after dim sum after HarbourCity we went to my ah ma's house. Very long never visit her liaoz.. But the moment Chloe saw my Ah Kim and Ah Ma, she cried. Was like once a blue moon then see them, Ah Kim say wow lao, next time must come often. Haha. But they stay AMK lehz.. Will try la. But only when she see my cousin Desmond, the younger brother, she won't cry and even smile when taking photos. The rest cannot make it. Haha. She cried so terribly until I have to take outdoor. Then in the end went home. Haha.

Waiting for this Sat to come to meet up with Twin again, Huilian and her baby girl cos Sat her girl had a fever. Hope this Sat's gathering will be successful.
